Once through security, please use the Registration Check-in tablet in the lobby to check-in for your appointment. You will then proceed to registration prior to going to the lab. Insurances not accepted: Medicaid plans (Straight Medicaid or Children’s Medical Medicaid are accepted), HMO plans, Humana, or Cigna.
